Kobo?s Vox eReader is getting a sweet update that brings the full Google Play store to the Android-powered device. Customers who apply the upcoming update will be able to download apps from Android?s full catalog as well as music and movies from Google Play. Kobo users will also get to enjoy other Google services like Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps and more.
The Kobo includes a 7-inch display, 800MHz processor, 8GB of internal storage, and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It retails for a reasonable $179.
